Department of Cosmetic Products of the Turkish Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Agency (TITCK) announced the amendment draft of the Cosmetic Products Regulation today.
The purpose of TITCK with this draft is to make Cosmetic Products Regulation in compliance with updated annexes of Cosmetic Products Regulation (AT) 1223/2009.
In addition, Digital Label and REACH Regulation for solutions to the problems encountered in practice have been included to the amendment draft and the limits of these compounds are stipulated in provisional article in order to prevent the free movement of products that are not in compliance with the limitations.
The Cosmetics Department will continue to receive opinions and suggestions regarding the amendment draft until 15.11.2024.
