Turkish Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Agency (TITCK) announced that license/permit holders who applied for the 2024 real source price revision period between August 15 and September 2, 2024, and subsequently submitted objection between October 1 and 7, 2024, but failed to complete the required documents within the specified time, are granted a one-time opportunity. If they submit the original apostilled price declaration document, consistent with the price declaration previously provided with their applications, through the "Supplementary Information/Document" submission type between November 4 and 6, 2024, their applications will be examined by the Agency.
